Accounts can be suspended several different reasons. Listed blow are some of the most common reasons and how to resolve the situation.
In most situations where billing is the cause of suspension, you have an overdue invoice. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our billing team.
Depending on the plan you have with us, you may have limits on how many shared (CPU, Memory, etc) resources you may use. If your account is found using to many of the shared resources you will be notified via email/ticket, and in some rare cases, suspended. To insure that your account does not get suspended, or that it gets unsuspended quickly, please reply to any emails/ticket from our support team regarding the issue.
You may also find an account suspended for using to much bandwidth or space. When this happens, we recommend that you contact our support department so we can look into the situation for you.
